Frame Upload
Optimal capture: full body in frame, feet visible, camera at hip height. Frontal plane — straight-on. Sagittal plane — 90° from midline. Consistent background preferred.
Real Camera Capture
Use device camera for consistent standardised capture. Select target frame, open camera, then capture directly into the biomechanical workflow.
