Daily Check privacy

Daily Check is designed so clients control whether their body-weight information is shared with a coach. Coach access is off until the client connects a coach and chooses permissions.

Data used

The service may store account details, body-weight entries, optional context flags, plan settings, reminder preferences, coach-sharing permissions, consent and security audit events. Connected Apple Health or Android Health Connect data is imported only after platform permission is granted and only for supported data types.

Coach sharing

Clients can change permissions, pause access, remove a coach, or create a time-limited one-time report. Removing live access does not recall a report that the recipient has already downloaded or copied.

Notifications

Lock-screen reminders use generic wording by default and do not include body weight or sensitive context.

Control

Signed-in users can request an export or deletion from the Privacy & Data section. Local-only users can download or reset local browser data. The TE-DWC-01 card page keeps its entries on this device only.
